David R. Hall, PE, LS, DFE, F.ASCE: President / CEO

David Hall oversees all operations of the company. He has over 40 years of experience in the successful oversight of a variety of project types for both private and public sector clients.

Mr. Hall is a graduate of the Johns Hopkins University Whiting School of Engineering, earning a B.S. in Civil Engineering. He is a licensed Professional Engineer in  Virginia, Maryland, Delaware, Pennsylvania, District of Columbia, West Virginia, North Carolina and Florida. He is also a licensed Land Surveyor in Virginia, West Virginia and Maryland.  Mr. Hall also is a Board Certified Structural Engineer by the Structural Engineering Certification Board (SECB); a Board Certified Diplomate Forensic Engineer by the Council of Engineering Specialty Boards (CESB) through the National Academy of Forensic Engineers and is a Fellow in the American Society of Civil Engineers. John A. Orr, PE : Vice President/Director of Engineering

John Orr is responsible for the planning and design of civil engineering projects for DRH. Mr. Orr has over 23 years of proven experience in the field, with extensive knowledge of the land development process. From zoning approvals to environmental permitting, Mr. Orr is qualified to direct projects to successful completion.

Mr. Orr received his Bachelor of Civil Engineering from Virginia Polytechnic Institute and has been a Licensed Professional Engineer in Virginia since 1986.
